She is best known for playing Princess Ardala in the 1979–1981 television series Buck Rogers in the 25th Century and C.J. Parsons in the 1982–1985 television series Matt Houston.Her film debut was the 1975 action film Doc Savage: The Man of Bronze.She has several television and movie credits, including 1975's James Caan film, Rollerball, Marcus Welby, M.D. from 1975–1976, but after appearing in Matt Houston, she virtually disappeared from the screen.Pamela Hensley reemerged in the literary world in 2004 with the publication of a small cookbook called The Jewish-Sicilian Cookbook authored under her married name Pamela Hensley Vincent.
